PARTS

C-D-P, Incorporated has parts inventory for immediate pick up or we will ship to our customers destination. We typically have ample inventory to support those manufacturers that we represent. If a part needs to be factory ordered, it can be procured and drop shipped from the manufacturer overnite.

We supply Dow Products such as Ethylene glycol in pure form or in mixture with D.I. Water. It is available in 5 gallon containers, 55 gallon drums or by tanker truck load.

C-D-P also has portable spot coolers and dehumidifiers for rental by the week or month. Because these systems are portable we have these available and ready in the event of an emergency or special need. Please call for availability.

SERVICE

C-D-P has in-house warranty service for those manufacturers that we represent. We pride ourselves on the fact that this service is offered so that our customers know that any problems will be resolved expediently.  Our warranty service offers start, test, and check for all of our products or we can work side by side with the manufacturers.

We offer these start up services, and in addition, on the job training for customer facility people. The OJT is an all important service that is a must today, especially with new technological changes such as microprocessor based controls. 

Hands on service schools are offered to our customer base. They are generally scheduled twice a year and in most cases are filled quickly. We do mail notices and reply applications to customers for registration.
